Awards Review Day is Monday, March 26, 2012 at the Youth Rec Center in Bunkie, Louisiana.
The following applications for awards are due that day:

Teacher and Non- Teacher Honorary State Degree
Teacher and Non- Teacher Honorary American Degree

State Officer Applications
We are requiring that you enter the information for each application you are bringing to Awards Review Day in this online form ahead of time. You must enter this information no later than noon, March 22nd. Awards review day is Monday, March 26th, and will be held at the youth center in Bunkie. If you do not enter your applications on the form, then your applications will not be judged.
Please only enter the information necessary for each application. For instance, for chapter applications, I will only need the application type and chapter, however for individual student applications I will need all information requested.

If you are mailing your applications ahead of time, you must still enter your information in the form, and the applications must be RECEIVED in the office by March 22nd. If you are mailing an application with a signature confirmation, DO NOT USE THE POSTAL SERVICE. They no longer deliver directly to our office for signature. Please use UPS or FedEx.
